Camp For All
Burton, TX
You will have the opportunity to interact with the majority of the speakers
and your colleagues outside sessions to further exchange ideas and address
additional questions and concerns related to your programs. You will also
have the experience of spending several days at Camp For All
multimillion dollar camp designed and built for those with disabilities. It is a phenomenal
facility with many adaptations in the numerous program areas that will give you ideas for your own programs.
BRING: Sheets, blanket or sleeping bag, your favorite pillow and towels. Pack your personal
items such as toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, etc. Your bathing suit will come
in handy as the pool and hot tub will be open for use in the evenings plus there are aquatic
sessions. All cabins, dining room, and meeting areas are air conditioned and can get quite cold;
in the past participants have found a sweatshirt or sweater to come in handy. The dining room is
open 24 hours a day with a juice bar, peanut butter, dry cereal and bread.
DRESS: Casual!!! You will be at camp after all. Just remember that the meeting rooms can be
cold.
